What do you do at our company?
I was a Crew Leader for 10 years serving our higher end clients. Two winters ago, I was the Snow Operations Supervisor at Amazon site. This past winter I was the Snow Operators Supervisor at DND site. This Spring I became the Site Supervisor at DND site.
What has been your favourite project so far?
My favourite project was supervising Amazon site.
What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
I enjoy working outdoors. I take pride in my work that involves customer satisfaction and the way the sites look after I had completed them.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I have other diplomas in different fields of work.
How do you balance your career and your family/personal life?
My family and I work together to achieve the balance for a healthy life.
What advice would you give to other women in the industry?
Stick to your goal and you will have success.
What does a typical day of work look like for you?
I delegate the employees to complete tasks. I jump in and help to get tasks done. I keep my staff motivated and they enjoy their workday.
What are three words you would use to describe Clintar?
Challenges, Busy, Interesting.
What do you find most rewarding/challenging about your role?
I find it very rewarding knowing the client’s satisfaction of the product I produce.

John F. Kennedy, he was the most respected and loved president.
